Usama Siddiquee is a Bengali-American stand-up comedian, writer, and actor based in New York City. He is currently a finalist on Kevin Hart’s Funny AF for Netflix, which premiered on April 20. In 2024, he made his late-night debut on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and in 2025 released his first half-hour special with Don’t Tell Comedy on YouTube. The special highlights his signature high-energy, rapid-fire style, with material ranging from growing up Muslim in Texas to dating misadventures and even getting kicked off America’s Got Talent. As an actor, Usama has appeared in Netflix’s Inventing Anna and Survival of the Thickest, HBO’s And Just Like That, Comedy Central’s Awkwafina Is Nora from Queens, and FX’s Better Things. He recently wrapped a supporting role in the upcoming Netflix comedy Best of the Best, alongside Hasan Minhaj, Priyanka Kedia, and Maitreyi Ramakrishnan. Usama was named a New Face at the prestigious Just For Laughs Festival in 2018. In 2020, he reached the semifinals of America’s Got Talent and appeared in the ABC Discovers Talent Showcase. A decorated festival performer, he was a finalist in the 2017 New York’s Funniest competition at Caroline’s and the NBC Stand-Up competition, and has won top honors at the Laughing Devil Cup Comedy Festival (2016), Yonkers Comedy Festival (2015), and Make Me Laugh Albany Comedy Festival (2015). His work has also been featured by NBC, BuzzFeed, Refinery29, The Scene, Mic.com, FusionTV, and The Huffington Post.
